1. 7-Day Inspection Period
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you find any issues with your products, contact us within 7 days of delivery. After this period, the order will be considered accepted in full.
2. Our Quality Guarantee
If the problem is determined to be our responsibility (e.g., manufacturing defects, incorrect design, or material issues), we will offer one of the following solutions at no extra cost to you:

Full Replacement: We will reproduce and reship your items as a priority.

Full Refund: We will issue a 100% refund for the defective portion of your order.
3. How to File a Claim

4. Custom Product Notice
Please note that because each item is custom-manufactured, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for non-quality issues (such as customer-approved design errors or a change of mind after production).
